I had to send back part of my order because I picked the wrong item, totally my fault. Customer service got back to me fast, and the refund showed up way quicker than I expected... a little too smooth, like someone behind the scenes already had the whole thing planned. No chasing, no weird delays, no jumping through hoops. Just an easy return process. Whatever system they’ve got running back there, it works. I’d definitely order again

The box showed up in decent shape, and, yeah, nothing was broken. I was a little unsure at first when I saw it, but everything inside was fine.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the packaging, and I did wonder if it might show up a bit banged up, but the box was actually really sturdy. Nothing got crushed, so I guess it did the job well.

The pieces were a really good size, not too small and not overly huge. I shared them with my sister, and it still felt like there was plenty for both of us. Definitely easy to enjoy without feeling like the portions were off.

It tasted really fresh and was good. I just wish it didn’t take so much effort to get everything ready, because that part felt a little annoying.

i tried a few samples in the store, and most of them were way too sweet and didn’t taste super fresh. for the price, i was expecting a lot better.

the chocolate tasted good and i did enjoy it. i just wish the site had clearer info about where the cocoa comes from and what they’re actually doing for sustainability. the parts about farmer pay and overall impact felt a little vague, so i’m not totally sure i’d buy again.

Ordered from Läderach the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. Tracking worked fine. No weird gaps or anything. The box showed up in good shape too, which I always worry about a bit with chocolate. It even came maybe a day earlier than the estimate, so that was a nice surprise. Only knocking off a star because the shipping cost felt kind of high. But speed-wise, no complaints.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was dented, which already made it feel less giftable, and the ribbons looked kind of cheap in person. I’ve ordered similar items from other brands before, and they usually come packaged much better and feel a bit more high-quality. This one just didn’t really meet my expectations.

My snap judgment? Yeah, it’s definitely not cheap, but after one taste I got why it costs more. Worth the money for me
